I teach Kundalini Yoga & Meditation and Vinyasa Yoga classes, both online and offline, classes are held in german and english.

Private Yoga Classes
In a private Yoga session, I can give you the individual attention and support you need. To make the most of the time on your mat and to move towards new challenges when you are ready. Whether it is to focus on a Gentle Yoga practice, a dynamic Vinyasa Flow or Kundalini Yoga & Meditation practice, I have experience with students of all kinds. I teach private Yoga classes in the comfort of your own home, outdoor, or online from anywhere in the world.
Prices per hour (60-75min) class:
1:1 Yoga class €135,-
private Group up to 8 people: €165,-
private Group 9-15 people: €195,-
For groups larger than 15 people prices on request. All prices are excl. VAT (21%IVA).
Please note that there can be additional costs for equipment and ride (location).
Group Yoga Classes
In my open group Yoga classes everyone is welcome.
From beginner to advanced Yogi, I am happy to welcome you on the yoga mat. We usually practice a dynamic Vinyasa Flow class where we integrate strength, balance, mobility, core stability, heart opening and hip hopening postures, and of course breath work and meditation.
The class always starts with a meditation and intention setting, followed by a full body warm up, sun salutations, standing sequence, sitting sequence, lying sequence and savasana (end relaxation).
Sometimes we add in a little playtime, where we work and focus on arm balances or inversions, to spice it up!
